It was a great opportunity to be able to co-host this great event with Chuks D General (who was also very funny, by the way). But before I go into details about Tonto Dikeh, let me first explain what she meant. She said, “It is for this reason that I stand here today; it is not about the fame, the fortune, or even the title, but what I do with it all." Her message? Purpose and influence go hand in hand, and if you’re not using your platform to inspire, what are you really doing?
Her recent post summed it up beautifully. Tonto reminded everyone in the room that the true essence of influence lies in action, not just accolades. It’s about making an impact where it matters, and boy, did her words resonate.
