Idan’s Viral Tweet Exposes Media Distractions and Government Corruption – Wake Up, Nigeria.

Idan’s tweet has gone viral, and for good reason. In a country where we’re constantly bombarded with distractions, he’s calling out what many of us have overlooked: the calculated diversions being played right in front of us. According to Idan, it’s no coincidence that Verydarkman and the APC are working hand in hand. Yet, most people still haven't realized it. He’s urging us to open our eyes to the manipulation happening under our noses.

He doesn’t stop there though. In a side-by-side comparison that should make every Nigerian pause, Idan points out how respected journalist Fisayo who risked it all to expose massive corruption within Customs is being treated like an enemy of the state. The government, instead of addressing the corruption, is sending the DSS after him, silently following him like a shadow. And yet, he wasn’t even summoned to the House of Assembly to discuss his findings. How does that make sense?

Meanwhile, what’s being shoved in front of us? A man with a ring light who talks about the obvious fact that wealthy individuals receive special treatment in prison. That's common knowledge, yet somehow, this person is being invited to share his thoughts publicly. The attention he’s getting is borderline absurd when you compare it to the serious work Fisayo has done. It's a clear distraction tactic, and unfortunately, many are falling for it.

Idan's words weren't just a rant. They were a sharp critique of the distractions we're being fed daily. The powers that be want us to focus on trivial matters while sweeping the real issues under the rug. We’re letting ourselves get played, focusing on the noise while ignoring the signal. And if we don’t pay attention soon, we’ll miss out on addressing the corruption that’s eating away at the core of the country.

Idan’s tweet should serve as a reminder to keep our eyes and minds open. As he put it so bluntly, are you all mad ni? Because the way we're going, it sure seems like it.
